NVIDIA新顯卡曝光:12G GDDR7顯存,672GB/s帶寬,性能如何?

據(jù)報道,NVIDIA計劃于明年1月的CES展會上推出其全新的RTX 50系列顯卡,預(yù)計包括RTX 5090、RTX 5080以及RTX 5070三款新品。

RTX 5070顯卡將搭載GB205 GPU,并配備12GB GDDR7顯存和192bit位寬,帶寬高達(dá)672GB/s,相較于前代RTX 4070提升了33%。同時,該顯卡的TBP功耗達(dá)到250W,采用單12VHPWR供電接口。

至于高端型號,RTX 5090將配備32GB GDDR7顯存,擁有21760個CUDA核心;而RTX 5080則配備16GB GDDR7顯存,擁有10752個CUDA核心,兩者在核心數(shù)量上存在顯著差異。

值得注意的是,這兩款高端顯卡的功耗也相當(dāng)可觀,RTX 5090的TBP功耗高達(dá)600W,而RTX 5080的功耗也達(dá)到了400W。

RTX 50系列顯卡還采用了新的PCB背鉆工藝,以增強(qiáng)GPU與顯存間的信號完整性,并支持PCIe 5.0和DP2.1a標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保與最新硬件的兼容性。

總體來看,RTX 50系列顯卡在性能、功耗及兼容性上均實現(xiàn)了顯著提升。
