三星Exynos 2600芯片跑分再升級,或將成為全球首款2nm旗艦芯片

近期,關于三星即將推出的Exynos系列芯片的新動向頻繁曝光,引發了業界的廣泛關注。特別是關于Exynos 2600的詳細參數和性能表現,成為了討論的熱點。

據知名博主@i冰宇宙的最新爆料,Exynos 2600在第二次跑分測試中取得了單核3309、多核11256的優異成績,顯示出強勁的性能提升。其超大核主頻已高達3.8GHz,這一數字較之前的曝光版本有了顯著提升。

具體而言,Exynos 2600采用了1+3+6的十核心設計,其中超大核主頻為3.8GHz,大核主頻為3.26GHz,小核主頻則為2.76GHz。與之前的版本相比,各個核心的主頻均有所上升,這無疑將為其帶來更為出色的處理性能。

回顧此前曝光的跑分信息,Exynos 2600的單核成績為2810,多核成績為9301,這一成績已經高于初次曝光的跑分數據。這一連串的數據不僅展示了Exynos 2600的性能潛力,也預示著三星在芯片研發方面的持續進步。

作為Exynos系列的前代產品,Exynos 2500同樣表現出色。它采用了1+7+2的十核CPU架構,并配備了定制的第四代Xclipse 950 GPU。依托RDNA? 3架構,Exynos 2500在游戲圖形性能方面有著驚艷的表現,同時硬件加速光線追蹤的渲染速度也得到了顯著提升。

然而,Exynos 2600在工藝制程方面更進一步,將成為全球首款采用2nm GAA工藝制造的旗艦平臺。與目前主流的3nm工藝相比,2nm工藝將帶來更高的集成度和更低的功耗,為Exynos 2600的性能和能效比提供有力保障。

值得注意的是,三星在2nm工藝的良率方面也在不斷努力提升。據悉,目前三星的2nm良率已達到40%,并正向50%的目標邁進。然而,與競爭對手臺積電相比,三星在良率方面仍有一定的差距。為了實現量產的經濟效益,三星需要進一步提升良率至70%以上。

盡管面臨激烈的市場競爭和良率提升的挑戰,但三星對Exynos 2600的推出充滿信心。據透露,三星計劃在下半年開始2nm芯片的生產,并有望將Exynos 2600搭載于自家的Galaxy S26系列手機中。不過,這一決定可能因市場區域而異,并非所有銷售市場都會采用Exynos 2600處理器。
