成都華微自研40G高速高精度ADC芯片,雷達衛星等領域迎新選擇

近期,成都華微電子科技股份有限公司(簡稱“成都華微”)正式宣告,其自主研發的4通道12位40G高速高精度射頻直采ADC(模數轉換器)芯片已成功面世。這一消息的發布,標志著成都華微在高速高精度ADC領域取得了新的技術飛躍。

據悉,HWD12B40GA4型ADC芯片是一款集4通道、12位分辨率、40GSPS采樣速率于一體的高速高精度射頻直采ADC。該芯片在技術上實現了重大突破,不僅提升了采樣速率和帶寬等關鍵指標,還填補了國內外同類產品的技術空白,達到了國際領先水平。這一成果,無疑為成都華微在ADC領域的領先地位增添了新的注腳。

HWD12B40GA4型ADC芯片的功能十分強大。在4通道模式下,它支持24~40GSPS的可配置采樣率;而在雙通道模式下,采樣率則可配置為48~80GSPS。該芯片還擁有高達19GHz的輸入模擬帶寬、低至-152dBFs/Hz的噪聲譜密度,以及在輸入頻率18GHz內(Ku頻段內)高達54dB以上的無雜散動態范圍。其輸出則采用了96對JESD204C高速串行接口,并支持芯片內和芯片間的多通道同步功能,具有高可靠性。

成都華微強調,HWD12B40GA4型ADC芯片是采用全自主正向設計,并擁有完全自主知識產權的。在研發過程中,公司突破了多通道射頻直采ADC架構設計、高線性度動態放大器、低抖動時鐘等關鍵技術,并申請了多項國內外發明專利。該芯片的全部流片、封裝工藝均基于國內廠商,確保了生產加工及供貨的可控性。

由于具有高集成度、高性能、高可靠性等特點,并支持KU波段射頻直采,HWD12B40GA4型ADC芯片在雷達、商業衛星、電子對抗、無線通信、高端儀器儀表、無人機等多個領域均有著廣泛的應用前景。這一創新產品的推出,不僅鞏固了成都華微在高速高精度ADC領域的領先地位,還拓展了公司的產品譜系和市場空間。

在商業化方面,成都華微表示,目前該款芯片已向部分客戶進行送樣,并已收到意向訂單。然而,公司也提醒稱,由于該芯片尚處于市場導入初期,尚未實現規模化銷售,因此存在一定的市場需求不確定性、客戶驗證失敗等風險。
